Dr. Leonidas Anthopoulos is a Professor at the University of Thessaly, Director of the Research Center in Smart Cities and Intelligent Systems at the University of Thessaly and Director of the Postgraduate Program in Agile Management. He also served as a Special Advisor the Mayor of Trikala, Greece and he has an extensive research and management experience with regard to the development and deployment of complex ICT projects such as the smart city projects. He is a member of numerous committees, worth mentioning the ITU SG20, he is the head of the Greek Standards Smart and Sustainable cities’ working group, etc. He is the author and editor of several book collections, which can be located in Cities, Government Information Quarterly, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Sustainable Cities and Society (ElSevier), ACM Computing Surveys, monograph for Springer etc. His research interests concern, among others, smart city, e-Government, Enterprise Architecture, Strategic Management, etc.

Soon Ae Chun is a professor of Information Systems and Informatics Program, and a Graduate Center doctoral faculty member of Computer Science. She is the director of the Information Security Research and Education Lab (iSecure Lab). She is the recipient of the 2014 Dolphin Award for Outstanding Scholarly Achievement. She serves as the President for the Digital Government Society. Her research area includes Security and Privacy, Semantic data integration, Social Data Analytics and Workflow, focusing on applied areas in Digital Government and Public Health. She is an IEEE senior member, a member of ACM Computing Society, the Digital Government Society, and the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.
